ANALISIS PENENTUAN PEWILAYAHAN DAN KOMODITI ANDALAN TANAMAN PANGAN DI KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

ABSTRAK
Kabupaten Aceh Besar mempunyai potensi untuk menghasilkan komoditi andalan tanaman pangan yang berbeda di setiap daerahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ranking/prioritas dari setiap komoditi andalan tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, mengetahui komoditi andalan tanaman pangan apa saja yang dihasilkan oleh setiap kecamatan di Aceh Besar serta mengetahui laju pertumbuhan komoditi andalan tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah AKAP, LQ, dan analisis laju pertumbuhan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan rentang periode 2003-2013. Berdasarkan metode AKAP, rangking/prioritas yang didapat adalah tanaman padi, ubi kayu, jagung, kedelai, ubi jalar, kacang tanah dan kacang hijau. Berdasarkan analisis LQ setiap kecamatan di Aceh Besar menghasilkan tanaman pangan yang berbeda-beda. Analisis laju pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan rata-rata luas tanam, tanaman kedelai memiliki laju pertumbuhan luas tanam diatas laju pertumbuhan rata-rata luas tanam Provinsi Aceh, sedangkan luas tanam padi berada dibawah laju pertumbuhan luas tanam rata-rata Provinsi Aceh. Pada luas panen tanaman kedelai berada dibawah laju pertumbuhan rata-rata luas panen padi Provinsi Aceh. Pada produksi tanaman padi dan ubi jalar memiliki laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produksi diatas laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produksi Provinsi Aceh, sedangkan tanaman jagung dan kedelai memiliki laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produksi dibawah laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produksi Provinsi Aceh. Laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produktivitas tanaman padi dan kedelai berada diatas laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produktivitas padi dan kedelai di Provinsi Aceh, sedangkan tanaman jagung berada dibawah laju pertumbuhan rata-rata produktivitas jagung di Provinsi Aceh.

ANALYSIS DETERMINATION AND PRIME COMMODITY FOOD PLANT IN ACEH BESAR

ABSTRACT

Aceh Besar district has the potential to generate a prime commodity food plant are different in each region. The purpose of this study was to determine the ranking / priority of each commodity prime food plant in the district of Aceh Besar, knowing prime commodity food plant anything that is produced by every district in Aceh Besar and to know the rate of growth of prime commodity food plant in the district of Aceh Besar. Data analysis method used was AKAP, LQ, and the analysis of the growth rate. The data used is secondary data span the period 2003-2013. Based on the method AKAP, rank / priority is obtained rice plant, cassava, corn, soybeans, sweet potatoes, peanuts and green beans. Based on analysis of LQ every district in Aceh Besar produce food crops that vary. Analysis showed that the growth rate based on the average acreage, soybean acreage has a growth rate above the average growth rate of planting area of Aceh province, while the area under rice planting acreage growth rate of the average province. In soybean crops harvested area is below the average growth rate of rice harvested area of Aceh Province. In the production of rice and sweet potato crop had an average growth rate of production above the average growth rate of production of Aceh province, while corn and soybean crops have growth rates below the average production growth rate of the average production of the province. The growth rate of the average productivity of rice and soybean crops are above average rate of growth of productivity of rice and soybeans in the province of Aceh, while the corn crop is below the growth rate of the average productivity of maize in the province of Aceh.
