DAMPAK PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI PROVINSI ACEH OLEH M. Naufal Sudirman / Agribisnis Unsyiah ABSTRAK Tujuan pembangunan nasional Indonesia adalah mewujudkan masyarakatyang adil dan makmur berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pemerintah Indonesia dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah dan salah satu diantaranya adalah kemiskinan. Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu penyakit dalam ekonomi, sehingga harus disembuhkan atau paling tidak dikurangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PDRB Sektor Pertanian, IPM dan PDRB Sektor Industri terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Provinsi Aceh. Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis ekonometrika yaitu meregresikan variabel-variabel yang ada dengan metode OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDRB Industri dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh nyata (signifikan) terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Provinsi Aceh sedangkan PDRB Pertanian tidak berpengaruh nyata (signifikan) terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Provinsi Aceh. Naufal Sudirman / Agribussines Department of Unsyiah ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of rice, corn and soybean productions toward the food corps GRDP of Aceh province and the influence of coffee, cocoa, and palm productions toward the plantation corps GRDP of Aceh province. The independent variables are rice, corn, soybean, coffee, cocoa, and palm productions and the dependent variables are the food corps GRDP and the plantation corps GRDP of Aceh province. The data that are used in this study are time series data which are taken from 1999-2013. This study method also use the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result shows that the variables of rice, corn and soybean productions have positively affected and highly significant toward the food corps GRDP of Aceh province. Then the variables of coffee, cocoa, and palm productions also have positively affected and highly significant toward the plantation corps GRDP of Aceh province. Closeness of the correlation between the dependent variables and the independent variables that affect the food corps GRDP and plantation corps GRDP of Aceh province each is amounted to 91,9% and 89,1% which can be explained by the independent variables in the model. The remaining 8,1% and 10,9% is explained by the other factors outside the model’s equations.
