ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aimed to determine the effect of the concentration of EM4 and petroganik organic fertilizers on growth, production and viability of peanut seed, this study conducted in the experiments garden and seed laboratory technology of Syiah Kuala University Agricultural Faculty Darussalam Banda Aceh, from April to July 2013. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) factorial pattern 3 x 4 with 3 replications, so there are 12 combination of treatments and 36 experimental units. The results showed that the concentration of EM4 can promote the growth, production and viability of peanut seed, while the petroganik organic fertilizer can only enhance the growth and production of peanuts.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi EM4 dan dosis pupuk organik petroganik terhadap pertumbuhan, produksi dan viabilitas benih kacang tanah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Teknologi Benih Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam Banda Aceh, mulai dari April sampai Juli 2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Teknologi Benih Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam Banda Aceh, mulai dari April sampai Juli 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 36 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi EM4 dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan, produksi dan viabilitas benih kacang tanah, sedangkan pupuk organik petroganik hanya dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang tanah.&#13;
