Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi willingness to pay masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh terhadap penggunaan parkir elektrik.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara acak terhadap pemilik kendaraan roda empat.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menentukan keinginan membayar parkir elektrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan dan tarif parkir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay penggunaan parkir elektrik. Sedangkan variabel pendapatan dan metode pembayaran berhubungan positif tetapi tidak mempengaruhi willingness to pay penggunaan parkir elektrik.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah menyediakan parkir elektrik guna untuk menambah pendapatan daerah dan mengatasi kebocoran retribusi parkir.Kelemahan penelitian ini adalah terbatas pada pengguna roda empat. Untuk itu penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah sampel dan diperlukan pengembangan model yang lebih baik misalnya menggunakan metode cross-tab dan dapat menggunaakan eigen value.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors which affect the willingness to pay the people of Banda Aceh on the use of electronic parking. Total sample of 100 randomly selected people against the owners of four-wheel vehicles. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to determine the willingness to pay for electronic parking. The results of this research showed that education level and parking rates variables have a positive and significant impact on the willingness to pay for using electronic parking. While the income variable is positively associated with payment method but does not affect the willingness to pay for using electronic parking. This research recommends that the government provide an electric parking areas in order to increase revenues and eliminate leakages in parking fees. The limitation of this research is the respondent owning to the four wheels. For the further researchers may add samples and required the development of better models using methods such as cross-tabs and estimate eigen value.
