Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Konversi Lahan Sawah Ke Penggunaan Non Pertanian Di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah konversi lahan sawah, jumlah penduduk, PDRB pertanian, produktivitas lahan sawah dan jumlah industri. Data yang di gunakan adalah time series data dengan pendekatan ordinary least square (OLS) menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder time series selama kurun waktu 13 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2001 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif secara signifikan sedangkan PDRB pertanian dan jumlah industri berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap konversi lahan sawah. Nilai R2 sebesar 0.681menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi konversi lahan sawah ke penggunaan non pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Besar 68.1 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini sedangkan sisanya 31.9 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemerintah agar lebih memperhatikan alih fungsi lahan sawah yang berlebihan untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan daerah.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting rice field conversion into non-agricultural used in Aceh Besar region. The variables used in the model were rice field conversion, the number of populations, the GDP of agriculture, the productivity of rice field and the number of industries. The data used in this model was secondary time series data from 2001 to 2013 with the approach of ordinary least squares (OLS) using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that the number of populations have a positive effect to the GDP of agriculture while the GDP of agriculture and number of industries affected the rice field conversion in a negative way. R2 values of 0.681 showed that 68.1% factors affecting rice field conversion to non-agricultural used in Aceh Besar was affected by variables used in this study, while the remaining 31.9 percent was influenced by other factors outside the study. The study recommends the government to pay more attention over the excessive malfunction of the rice field to ensure the food security in the region.
