ABSTRAK Senyawa alkaloida yang diduga adalah alkaloida turunan fenilalanin telah diisolasi dari daun Garcinia lateriflora Bl. Isolasi dilakukan menggunakan kromatografi kolom dengan pelarut diklorometana 100%. Analisis senyawa hasil isolasi dilakukan secara fitokimia dan KG-SM. Hasil uji hayati menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Escherechia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus pada konsentrasi 20% dengan diameter zona hambat yang dihasilkan masing-masing adalah 10 mm dan 7,75 mm. Kata Kunci: Garcinia lateriflora Bl., Antibakteri, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus ABSTRACT Alkaloid coumpound proposed phenylalanine derivative alkaloids have been isolated from the leaves of Garcinia lateriflora Bl. Isolation was performed using coloum chromatography with 100% dichloromethane solvent. Analisis of isolated compounds carried out phytochemical and GC-MS. The results of antibacterial activity showed that the ethyl acetate extract has antibacterial activity againtst bacteria Escherechia coli and Staphylococcus aureus at a concentration of 20% with a diameter of inhibition zone producted amount 10 mm and 7,75 mm.
