Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik terhadap prestasi kerja pengikut dengan leader member exchange sebagai variable mediasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan di PT. Telkom Aceh yang berjumlah 105 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Sensus digunakan sebagai  teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik ini digunakan dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel untuk penelitian ini. Metode analisis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pengikut,  kepemimpinan otentik  berpengaruh terhadap leader member exchange,  leader member exchange tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pengikut,  dan leader member exchange memediasi secara parsial kepemimpinan otentik terhadap prestasi kerja pengikut.&#13;

            This study aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership on  follower performance with a leader member exchange as a mediating variable. The sample used in this study were employees at PT. Telkom Aceh totaling 105 people. This research method using a questionnaire as an instrument of research. The Census is used as the sampling technique. This technique is used to make the whole population as a sample for this study. Analytical methods Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results showed that the authentic leadership influence on followers performance, authentic leadership influence the leader member exchange, leader member exchange has no effect on followers performance, and leader member exchange partially mediate the authentic leadership on followers performance.&#13;
