ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya
pengaruh tenaga kerja, jam kerja, modal dan volume penjualan terhadap
pendapatan pengusaha kilang padi di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode analisis
yang dipergunakan adalah data yang telah dikumpulkan dilapangan, diolah dan
ditabulasikan kemudian dipindahkan kedalam bentuk tabelaris sesuai dengan
kebutuhan analisis. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model
analis linier berganda (Sudjana, 1989). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa :
Rata-rata besarnya pendapatan yang diterima oleh pengusaha kilang padi adalah
Rp. 778.374.490,- per tahun. Jumlah ini merupakan hasil dari pengurangan antara
nilai produksi dengan jumlah biaya penyusutan yang telah ditambahkan dengan
seluruh biaya operasional. Secara serempak, jumlah tenaga kerja (X1), jam kerja
(X2), modal (X3) dan volume penjualan (X4) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan
pengusaha kilang padi (Y) di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Secara parsial, jumlah
tenaga kerja (X1), jam kerja (X2), modal (X3) dan volume penjualan (X4) juga
berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kilang padi (Y) di Kabupaten Aceh
Besar.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of labor,
working hours, and the volume of sales to capital income entrepreneurs rice plant
in Aceh Besar district. The analytical method used is the data that has been
collected in the field, processed and tabulated tabelaris then transferred into a
form suitable to the needs of the analysis. The model used in this study is a linear
model of analyst (Sudjana, 1989). The results showed that: the average amount of
income received by the employers refinery rice is Rp. 778 374 490, - per year.
This amount is the result of a reduction in the value of production by the amount
of depreciation expense that has been added to the total operational costs.
Simultaneously, the amount of labor (X1), working hours (X2), capital (X3) and
sales volume (X4) effect on income entrepreneurs rice plant (Y) in Aceh Besar
district. Partially, the amount of labor (X1), working hours (X2), capital (X3) and
sales volume (X4) also affect the income of entrepreneurs rice plant (Y) in Aceh
Besar district.
