Penelitian ini berjudul “Peningkatan Kreativitas Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini melalui Kegiatan finger painting pada TK Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Kabupaten Aceh Besar”, mengangkat masalah bagaimana peningkatan kreativitas motorik halus anak melalui  kegiatan finger painting? dan bagaimana keaktifan anak terhadap kegiatan finger painting di TK Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Kabupaten Aceh Besar?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peningkatan  kreativitas motorik halus anak dan untuk mengetahui keaktifan anak terhadap kegiatan finger painting di TK Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Pada setiap siklus melalui 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di TK Teungku Chik Pante Kulu berusia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 20 anak terdiri atas 11 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan penugasan. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kegiatan finger painting dapat meningkatkan kreativitas motorik halus anak di TK Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Aceh Besar. Pada prasiklus 3 anak (15%) berkembang susuai harapan, sedangkan anak dengan kemampuan berkembang sangat baik belum terlihat pada prasiklus. Pada siklus I jumlah anak dengan kemampuan berkembang sesuai harapan 5 orang (25%), sedangkan untuk kemampuan berkembang sangat baik belum ada. Pada siklus II tidak terlihat lagi anak yang belum mampu mengembangkan kreativitas motorik halusnya, 2 anak (10%) dengan kemampuan  berkembang sesuai harapan dan 17 anak (85%) berkembang sangat baik. Sedangkan keaktivan anak siklus I dan siklus II meningkat pada setiap indikator  yang dinilai. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kegiatan finger painting dapat meningkatkan kreativitas motorik halus anak usia dini dan keaktifan anak usia dini di TK Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Aceh Besar. Dengan demikian guru dapat melanjutkan kegiatan finger painting  pada kelas yang berbeda.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This reseach under the Title “Enhancing Soft Motoric Creativity Of Early Age Children Through Finger Painting Activity At Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Kinder Garden District Of Aceh Besar” elaborates the issue of how to elevate soft motoric creativity for early age children it’s also eager to know passion of children toward finger painting activity at the kinder garden. This research is using class-room axercising mothode and conducted within  two phases. Every phase has four  steps consist of planning, implementation, observasion and reflection. The subjects of this research ere children of group B at Kinder Garden Teungku Chik Pante Kulu. These children ranging from 5 to 6 year old and 20 children  in total  (11 boys and 9 girls). Data is collected through observation and giving assignment, then analysed by  using qualitative descriptive methode. The result of this research shows that the aplication of finger painting at Teungku Chik Pante Kulu Kinder Garden, District of Aceh Besar has enhanced soft motoric creativity of the children. At pre-cycle 3 children (15%) develop as expected, while children with very well developed ability are not seen at the pre–cycle yet. At cycle I, the number of children that developed as expected are 5  (25%), while the very well developed ability are not emerged. At the cycle II, there are no children that unable to develop their soft motoric creativity, 2 children (10%) developed as expected and 17 children (85%) are very well developed ability. Their activity in both cycle I and II develop in every indicators that examined. In conclusion, the aplication of finger painting activity at Teungku Chik Pante Kulu, Aceh Besar enables enhancing their soft motoric creativuty. Thus, teachers may continue this sort of activity in different classes.&#13;
