The objective of this research was to determine lead accumulation in mangrove (Rhizophora apiculata) root and leaf. This researchwas conducted on august, 2015. The samples were collected using purposive sampling method, the thay were analyzed using AAS at BARISTAND. The serult showed that the content of lead in sedimen at station I was 11.728 mg/kg.
