ABSTRAK&#13;

Penelitian ini dilaksnakan di Restoran Mie Razali Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen Restoran Mie Razali. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini untuk memperdalam ilmu pengetahuan di bidang Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian. Dengan demikian penulis tertarik untuk meneliti usaha ini dengan berjudul : “Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Kinerja Atribut dan Produk Restoran Mie Razali Di Kota Banda Aceh” . Dari Hasil Penelitian ini maka kita dapat mengetahui bahwa konsumen Restoran Mie Razali Sudah merasa puas terhadap beberapa produk dan atribut Restoran Mie Razali. atribut dan produk tersebut adalah rasa, kesigapan Pramusaji, kehalalan, kemudahan dan keceptatan bertransaksi, keceptan merespon keluhan konsumen, keramahan pramusaji, penampilan pramusaji,  keamanan dan kenyamanan Restoran.Target konsumen Restoran Mie Razali adalah kaum muda dengan pendapatan yang cukup. Alasan konsumen membeli produk Restoran Mie Razali karena harganya yang terjangkau dan sebagian konsumen ingin mencoba.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

This research was conducted at the Mie Razali restaurant in banda aceh. This research aimed to know the level of consumer satisfaction Mie Razali restaurant. Another purpose of this research is to deepen knowledge in the field of the Agricultural Economics Social.The author is interested in researching this business entitled “level consumer satisfaction analysis on The performance attributes and product of Mie Razali Restaurant in Banda Aceh”. From the results of this research then we can know that the consumer is being satisfied to some products and aributes at Mie Razali Restaurant. Attributes and the product is the taste, alacrity waiters, halal, ease trade, consumer complaint response speed, friendliness of the waiters, waitresses, security, appearance and comfort of the restaurant. The targets of Mie Razali restaurant are young people with sufficient income. the reason consumers buy products of Mie Razali restaurant as affordable and most consumers want to try.&#13;
