Judul : Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dengan Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut di Poliklinik Gigi RSIA Banda Aceh Tahun 2011

Motivasi begitu penting dibicarakan dalam menciptakan kinerja yang efektif karena kinerja yang baik dipengaruhi kemampuan dan motivasi. Motivasi kerja merupakan tingkat individu untuk berusaha menggerakkan dan menjaga agar mencapai keberhasilan dalam organisasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut di poliklinik gigi RSIA Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan crossectional dan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Metodologi dan alat penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari kuisioner motivasi kerja berjumlah 16 pertanyaan dan kuesioner kinerja dengan 10 pertanyaan. Kuesioner motivasi kerja diisi oleh seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Poliklinik Gigi dan kuesioner kinerja diisi oleh Kepala Pelayanan Medis. Hasil penelitian pada 13 orang subjek menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut di poliklinik gigi RSIA Banda Aceh. Hasil uji-t dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% diperoleh nilai p =.0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p=0,000, artinya terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut di poliklinik gigi RSIA Banda aceh Tahun 2011.

Title : The Correlation of Job Motivation With Performance Progress in Dental Clinic at RSIA Banda Aceh 2011

Motivation is an importan to good performance in work. A good performance could be affect with ability and motivation. Working motivation is an individuals perseption to exert and maintain an effort towards organisational golas.. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of job motivation with performance progress in dental clinic at RSIA Banda Aceh 2011. This study used cross-sectional design with univariat and bivariat analysis. Methodology and research equipment used a questionnaire consisted of job motivation questionnaire with 16 questions and performance progress questionnaire with 10 questions. Job motivation questionnaire filled in by all health employee in the dental clinic and performance progress questionnaire filled in by the head of medical clinic RSIA Banda Aceh. The result of this research with 13 subjects showed that the job motivation has significant correlation with performance progress in dental clinic at RSIA Banda Aceh 2011. The result of t- test with the significance 0,05 and 95% confidences level was obtained the value p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). the result of these studied can be concluded that the job motivation has correlation with performance progress in dental clinic at RSIA Banda Aceh 2011.
