Judul : Pengaruh Ekstrak Daun Pacar Kuku (Lawsonia inermis) 7,5% terhadap Penyembuhan Ulkus Traumatik pada Mukosa Oral (Penelitian pada Tikus Model)

Ulkus Traumatik merupakan lesi yang umum terjadi di mukosa oral dan disebabkan oleh trauma. Daun pacar kuku (Lawsonia inermis) mengandung lawson, flavonoid, tanin, kumarin, quinone, bersifat sebagai antiinflamasi, antimikroba, dan antioksidan. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% terhadap penyembuhan ulkus traumatik pada mukosa oral dan mengetahui perbedaan penyembuhan ulkus traumatik mukosa oral antara kelompok ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% dengan triamcinolone acetonide 0,1%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratoris menggunakan 27 ekor tikus putih Rattus norvegiccus, dibagi dalam 3 kelompok secara acak, yaitu kelompok perlakuan ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5%, kontrol positif triamcinolone acetonide 0,1%, dan kontrol negatif akuades. Pada hari ke- 4 sampai hari ke- 15 luas ulkus dan persentase penyembuhan dihitung. Perlakuan diberikan sebanyak 2 kali selama 2 menit setiap pagi dan sore. Lamanya penyembuhan ulkus pada kelompok ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% adalah 6 hari 2 jam 38 menit 24 detik, triamcinolone acetonide 0,1% adalah 6 hari, dan akuades adalah 8 hari 5 jam 16 menit 48 detik. Hasil analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji one way ANOVA menunjukkan ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% berpengaruh terhadap penyembuhan ulkus traumatik pada mukosa oral (p?0,05). Uji LSD menunjukkan antara kelompok ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% dengan triamcinolone acetonide 0,1% tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna sedangkan dengan kontrol negatif menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna. Disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% berpengaruh terhadap penyembuhan ulkus traumatik pada mukosa oral dan terdapat perbedaan penyembuhan ulkus traumatik mukosa oral antara kelompok eksrak daun Lawsonia inermis 7,5% dengan triamcinolone acetonide 0,1%.

Title : The Effect of 7,5% Lawsonia inermis Leaves Extract on The Healing of Oral Mucous Traumatic Ulcer.

Traumatic ulcer is a lesion that usually occurs on oral mucous and it is caused by trauma. Lawsonia inermis contains lawsone, flavonoid, tanin, qumarin, and quinone which have characteristics as antiinflammation, antimicroba, and antioxidant. The research purpose: to know the effect of 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract on the healing of oral mucous traumatic ulcer and to know the differences of traumatic ulcer healing between 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract and 0,1% triamcinolone acetonide. This research was experimental laboratories that used 27 white rats Rattus norvegiccus which were divided into 3 groups randomly, those were 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract group, positive control group of 0,1% triamcinolone acetonide, and the negative control group of aquadest. Width of the ulcer and the healing percentage were measured in the 4th day until 15th day. Extract was applicated for 2 minutes every morning and afternoon. The recovering day for 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract was 6 days 2 hours 38 minutes 24 seconds, 0,1% triamcinolone acetonide group was 6 days, and aquadest group was 8 days 5 hours 16 minutes 48 seconds. The result of statistic analysis using one way ANOVA test showed that 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract had a significant effect on the healing of oral mucous traumatic ulcer (p?0,05), while LSD test showed that between the extract and positive control group had no significant differences, whereas negative control group had significant difference. It was concluded that 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract effected on the healing of oral mucous traumatic ulcer and there was differences of traumatic ulcer healing between 7,5% Lawsonia inermis leaves extract and 0,1% triamcinolone acetonide.
