EFFECT OF FINANCING MURABAHA AND MUSHARAKA TO PROFITABILITY (Studies in BPR Syariah in Indonesia) ABSTRACT This research is aimed to; (1) examine the effect of murabaha financing and Musharaka jointly to profitability BPR Syariah in Indonesia (2) test the effect of the profitability of financing murabaha Islamic rural banks in Indon esia. and (3) test the effected profitability of Musharaka financing BPR Syariah services in Indonesia. This research is a census. The population in this study are BPR Syariah listend in Bank Indonesia website and publishes quarterly financial reports (as of December) during 2010-2014 in a row. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. While research data collection technique is done by using documentation techniques. The analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that; (1) financing Murabaha and Musharaka together (simultaneously) the profitability of BPR Syariah services in Indonesia. (2) financing Murabaha had positive effect on the profitability of BPR Syariah in Indonesia. and (3) Musharaka financing negatively affect ed the profitability of BPR Syariah in Indonesia.
