ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of internet financial reporting, extent of the revealed website information and firm size toward the frequency of the stock tranding of mining company which is registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research type used in this study is testing hypothesis, by using purposive sampling method and in which there are 36 target of sampling which become the investigated object. The data used in this study is secondary data with the multiple regression analysis model is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that (1) internet financial reporting, extent of the revealed website information and firm size simultaneously has impact on the frequency of the stock tranding. (2) internet financial reporting has no impact on the frequency of the stock tranding. (3) extent of the revealed website information has impact on the frequency of the stock tranding. (4) firm size has impact on the frequency of the stock tranding. Keywords: Frequency Of The Stock Tranding, Internet Financial Reporting, Extent Of The Revealed Website Information, Firm Size ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh internet financial reporting, tingkat pengungkapan informasi website dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pengujian hipotesis, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan terdapat 36 sampel data yang menjadi objek untuk diteliti. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Internet financial reporting, tingkat pengungkapan informasi website dan ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham. (2) Internet financial reporting tidak berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham. (3) Tingkat pengungkapan informasi website berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham dan (4) Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham.
