GAMBARAN TAHAPAN TERAPEUTIK PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP BADAN LAYANAN UMUM DAERAH RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH MEURAXA KOTA BANDA ACEH

ABSTRAK

Hubungan terapeutik perawat pasien adalah pengalaman belajar bersama dan pengalaman memperbaiki emosi pasien. Ada empat tahap dalan terapeutik yaitu tahap prainteraksi, orientasi atau perkenalan, tahap kerja dan terminasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tahapan terapeutik perawat di ruang rawat inap Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit UmumDaerah Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif reserch. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang sedang menjalani rawatan di ruang rawat inap Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit UmumDaerah Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel adalah 108 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan metode purposif sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk dichotomous choice. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi. Pengumpulan data di lakukan pada tanggal 28 Juli s.d 04 Agustus 2015. Data di analisi dengan perangkat komputer menggunakan ujiChi Square. Hasil analis di dapatkan bahwa gambaran tahapan terapeutik di ruang rawat inap berada pada katagori baik (76,9%), gambaran tahapan terapeutik pada tahap orientasi berada pada katagori baik (96,3%), gambaran tahapan terapeutik pada tahap kerja pada katagori baik (61,1%), gambaran tahapan terapeutik pada tahap terminasi pada katagori baik (89,8%).Peneliti mengharapakan agar perawat mampu lebih meningkatkan pelayanan yang bermutu demi kenyamanan pasien.

THE DESCRIPTION OF PHASES OF THERAPEUTIC NURSE-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IN INPATIENT WARDS OF REGIONALPUBLIC SERVICE BOARD OF MEURAXA GENERAL HOSPITAL OF BANDA ACEH CITY

ABSTRACT

Therapeutic nurse-patient relationship is an experience in learning together and inproving patient’s emotion. There are four phases in therapeutic relationship, which are prainterction, orientation or introductory, working, and termination phase. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of phases of therapeutic nurse-patient relationship in inpatient ward of Regional Public Service Board (BLUD) of Meuraxa General Hospital of Banda Aceh City. This study was descriptive correlational study. The population in this study was the patient that underwent treatment in in patient wards of BLUD OfMeuraxa General Hospital of Banda Aceh City. The number of population was 4261 people, with purposive sampling technique, the number of sample was 108 respondenst. The data collection instrument used was distributing questionnaire with 15 questions. The technique of data collection used was distributing questionnaire and observation. The data were collection on july to august 04, 2015. The data were analyzed by using computer software, chi-square test. From the analysis result of the study, it was obtained that the dicription of phases therapeutic nurse-patient relationship in inpatient wards was in good category (76,9%), the description of therapeutic in orientation phase was in good category (96,3%), the description of therapeutic in working phase was in good category (61,1%), the description of therapeutic intermination phase was in good category (89,8%). The researcher expects the nurse to improve their quality services for the convenience of the patients.
