Transformasi digital sektor transportasi publik merupakan langkah strategis dalam mewujudkan layanan perkotaan yang modern, nyaman, dan efisien. Guna mendukung upaya tersebut, Pemerintah Aceh meluncurkan aplikasi digital Trans Koetaradja pada tahun 2025. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, pemanfaatan aplikasi tersebut di tengah masyarakat saat ini masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor dalam Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) terhadap tingkat penerimaan pengguna aplikasi digital Trans Koetaradja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif di wilayah operasional Kota Banda Aceh dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert melalui teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling. Diperoleh 109 responden yang memenuhi kriteria, yaitu masyarakat Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar yang pernah menggunakan layanan bus serta Aplikasi Digital Trans Koetaradja. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif dan inferensial PLS-SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness (T-statistics=4,178), Perceived Ease of Use (T-statistics=3,394), Accuracy (T-statistics=3,910), Ease of Use (T-statistics=2,733), dan Attitude Toward Using (T-statistics=11,716) memengaruh=i penerimaan pengguna Aplikasi Digital Trans Koetaradja. Sebaliknya, Content, Format, dan Timeliness tidak memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, tingkat penerimaan pengguna berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,16. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan digital Trans Koetaradja berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna.

Digital transformation in public transportation is a strategic step in realizing modern, comfortable, and efficient urban services. To support this effort, the Aceh Government launched the Trans Koetaradja digital application in 2025. However, in its implementation, the utilization of the application among the public remains suboptimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of factors in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) on user acceptance of the application. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach in Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar Regency. Primary data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires via non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach. A total of 109 respondents met the criteria, specifically residents of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar who have used the bus services and the application. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive and inferential PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS software. Results show that Perceived Usefulness (T-statistics=4.178), Perceived Ease of Use (T-statistics=3.394), Accuracy (T-statistics=3.910), Ease of Use (T-statistics=2.733), and Attitude Toward Using (T-statistics=11.716) influence user acceptance. Conversely, Content, Format, and Timeliness do not influence user acceptance. Based on descriptive analysis, user acceptance is in the high category with a mean score of 4.16. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for improving Trans Koetaradja digital service quality based on factors influencing user acceptance.
