Sistem Rekonsiliasi Pemasangan Baru Mitra Menuju Telkom Akses merupakan sistem aplikasi berbasis website yang bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengelolaan dan rekonsiliasi data pemasangan baru yang dilakukan oleh mitra dengan data yang dimiliki oleh Telkom Akses. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mempermudah pengelolaan data rekonsiliasi melalui fitur unggah data menggunakan file Excel, dashboard monitoring, pencarian dan filter data berdasarkan ODP, serta ekspor laporan dalam format PDF dan Excel. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat beroperasi dengan baik serta membantu proses rekonsiliasi data menjadi lebih cepat, terstruktur, dan akurat. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data, mempermudah proses monitoring pemasangan baru, serta mendukung penyusunan laporan yang lebih optimal pada lingkungan kerja Telkom Akses.

The New Installation Reconciliation System for Partners to Telkom Akses is a website-based application designed to support the management and reconciliation process of new installation data submitted by partners with the data owned by Telkom Akses. This system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and MySQL as the database. This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system capable of simplifying reconciliation data management through features such as Excel file uploads, monitoring dashboards, ODP-based search and filtering, and report exports in PDF and Excel formats. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The implementation results show that the developed system can operate properly and support the reconciliation process in a faster, more structured, and more accurate manner. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of data management, facilitate the monitoring of new installation activities, and support more optimal report generation within the Telkom Akses working environment.
