Perancangan resort bertema arsitektur modern tropis ini di latar belakangi oleh potensi kawasan pesisir Lhoknga, Aceh Besar, sebagai destinasi wisata alam yang menawarkan pemandangan laut dan pegunungan yang menawan. Namun, potensi tersebut belum didukung oleh fasilitas akomodasi yang representatif, fungsional, dan mampu menghadirkan pengalaman ruang yang selaras dengan karakter alam sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan resort yang bertujuan untuk Menghadirkan resort berskala besar di Aceh yang mengintegrasikan konsep healing untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan kelas menengah-atas dan menghadirkan fasilitas pariwisata yang memadai sehingga potensi pendapatan lokal belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal.

The design of this resort with the theme of tropical modern architecture is inspired by the potential of the Lhoknga coastal area in Aceh Besar, a natural tourist destination that offers captivating views of the sea and mountains. However, this potential has not yet been supported by representative and functional accommodation facilities capable of providing a spatial experience that harmonizes with the surrounding natural character. Therefore, this resort design aims to create a large-scale resort in Aceh that integrates the concept of healing to meet the needs of upper-middle-class tourists and to provide adequate tourism facilities, as the potential for local income has not yet been optimally utilized.
