Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menilai tingkat efektivitas kinerja alat produksi melalui tiga komponen utama, yaitu availability, performance, dan quality. Metode ini diterapkan pada unit fix crusher (01) di PT Mifa Bersaudara untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas alat serta mengevaluasi ketersediaan alat berdasarkan indikator mechanical availability (MA), physical availability (PA), use of availability (UA), dan effective utilization (EU). Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan langsung selama kegiatan operasional day shift yang meliputi waktu kerja, waktu hambatan, waktu operasi alat, dan produksi aktual. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE pada unit fix crusher (01) sebesar 55,59%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja alat masih belum mencapai kondisi optimal. Nilai availability, performance, dan quality masing-masing sebesar 78,72%, 70,75%, dan 99,89%. Nilai performance yang relatif rendah menjadi faktor utama penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE karena target produksi belum dapat dicapai secara maksimal. Sementara itu, hasil analisis ketersediaan alat crusher menunjukkan nilai MA sebesar 81,78%, PA sebesar 83,81%, UA sebesar 86,67%, dan EU sebesar 72,64%. Berdasarkan analisis six big losses, penurunan kinerja alat dipengaruhi oleh idling and minor stoppages, reduced speed losses, serta breakdown losses. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan perbaikan pada sistem crusher dan kegiatan operasional untuk meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi alat produksi.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the methods used to assess the effectiveness level of production equipment performance through three main components, namely availability, performance, and quality. This method was applied to the fix crusher Unit (01) at PT Mifa Bersaudara to determine the effectiveness level of the equipment and to evaluate equipment availability based on the indicators of mechanical availability (MA), physical availability (PA), Use of availability (UA), and effective utilization (EU). The research data were obtained through direct observations during day shift operational activities, including working time, delay time, equipment operating time, and actual production. The results of data processing showed that the OEE value of fix crusher Unit (01) was 55.59%, indicating that the equipment performance had not yet reached optimal conditions. The availability, performance, and quality values were 78.72%, 70.70%, and 99.89%, respectively. The relatively low performance value became the main factor causing the low OEE value because the production target could not be achieved optimally. Meanwhile, the results availability of crusher equipment analysis showed MA, PA, UA, and EU values of 81.78%, 83.81%, 86.67%, and 72.64%, respectively. Based on the six big losses analysis, the decrease in equipment performance was influenced by idling and minor stoppages, reduced speed losses, and breakdown losses. Therefore, improvements to the crusher system and operational activities are required to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of production equipment.
