Laporan proyek ini disusun sebagai pemenuhan persyaratan Program Pendidikan Profesi Arsitek (PPAr) Universitas Syiah Kuala yang mencakup dua proyek perancangan. Proyek pertama merupakan perancangan rumah tinggal dua lantai di kawasan Beurawe, Banda Aceh, dengan luas lahan ±205 m² yang menerapkan konsep Japandi, yaitu perpaduan estetika Jepang dan Skandinavia yang mengutamakan kesederhanaan, material alami, dan ruang yang terhubung dengan alam. Proyek kedua merupakan re-desain bangunan asrama siswa laki-laki Sekolah Al-Wildan Sare, Aceh Besar, dengan luas bangunan 1.830 m² dan kapasitas ±272 siswa, yang menerapkan pendekatan arsitektur tropis modern dengan orientasi bangunan responsif terhadap iklim, ventilasi silang, dan penggunaan perforated metal panel sebagai elemen fasad. Kedua proyek diuraikan berdasarkan 13 Butir Standar Kompetensi Arsitek yang mencakup aspek perancangan arsitektur, pengetahuan teknis, struktur, utilitas, hingga manajemen proyek.

This project report is prepared to fulfill the requirements of the Professional Architecture Education Program (PPAr) at Syiah Kuala University, covering two design projects. The first project involves the design of a two-story residential house in the Beurawe area, Banda Aceh, on a ±205 m² site, applying the Japandi concept, which is a blend of Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics emphasizing simplicity, natural materials, and spaces connected to nature. The second project is the redesign of a male student dormitory for Al-Wildan School in Sare, Aceh Besar, with a total building area of 1,830 m² and a capacity of approximately 272 students, applying a modern tropical architecture approach through climate-responsive building orientation, cross ventilation, and perforated metal panels as facade elements. Both projects are elaborated based on the 13 Points of Architect Competency Standards, covering aspects of architectural design, technical knowledge, structural systems, building utilities, and project management.
