Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Aceh Besar berperan dalam pengembangan dan promosi UMKM kerajinan tangan. Namun, sistem distribusi yang masih dilakukan secara individual serta pemilihan penyedia layanan logistik yang bersifat subjektif tanpa didukung standar evaluasi yang terukur menyebabkan proses distribusi belum optimal dalam mendukung perluasan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas kriteria dan memilih alternatif Third Party Logistic (3PL) terbaik untuk mendukung konsep collaborative consumption pada Dekranasda Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Analytical Hirarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot kriteria dan alternatif sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk pemeringkatan alternatif 3PL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari enam kriteria yaitu biaya layanan, ketepatan pengiriman, kualitas pelayanan, kapasitas dan kapabilitas, keandalan serta lokasi geografis diperoleh tiga kriteria dengan nilai bobot terbesar yaitu keandalan (0,321), ketepatan pengiriman (0,219), dan biaya layanan (0,167). Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa Indah Cargo memperoleh nilai tertinggi dengan bobot sebesar 0,517 sehingga menjadi alternatif paling diprioritaskan berdasarkan akumulasi bobot seluruh kriteria. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan nilai kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal pada metode TOPSIS diperoleh pemeringkatan alternatif 3PL yaitu Alternatif Y (Indah Cargo) dengan nilai 0,670 menjadi peringkat pertama, diikuti J&T Express (0,455) dan JNE (0,299) sebagai peringkat kedua dan ketiga. Berdasarkan hasil pemilihan 3PL dengan kedua metode tersebut, Indah Cargo direkomendasikan sebagai 3PL terbaik untuk mendukung collaborative consumption agar distribusi produk UMKM binaan di bidang kerajinan dapat berjalan lebih optimal, efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Aceh Besar plays an important role in the development and promotion of handicraft Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the distribution system, which is still conducted individually, along with the selection of third-party logistics (3PL) providers based on subjective considerations without measurable evaluation standards, has resulted in distribution activities that are not yet optimal in supporting market expansion. This study aims to determine the priority weights of the criteria and select the best 3PL alternative to support the concept of collaborative consumption at Dekranasda Aceh Besar. The methods used in this study are the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP was employed to calculate the weights of criteria and alternatives, while TOPSIS was used to rank the 3PL alternatives. The results showed that among the six criteria, namely cost of service, on-time delivery, service quality, capacity and capability, reliability, and geographical location, the three highest-priority criteria were reliability (0,321), on-time delivery (0,219), and cost of service (0,167). The AHP results indicated that Indah Cargo obtained the highest score of 0,517, making it the most prioritized alternative based on the accumulated weights of all criteria. Furthermore, based on the relative closeness to the ideal solution using the TOPSIS method, the ranking results showed that Alternative Y (Indah Cargo) achieved the highest score of 0,670 and ranked first, followed by J&T Express (0,455) and JNE (0,299) in second and third place, respectively. Based on the results of the 3PL selection using both methods, Indah Cargo is recommended as the best 3PL provider to support collaborative consumption in order to achieve a more optimal, efficient, and sustainable distribution system for handicraft MSMEs products.
