PENGARUH ALELOPATI ALANG-ALANG (Imperata cylindrica (L.) Beauv) DAN HERBISIDA GLIFOSAT SERTA KOMBINASINYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN GULMA BABADOTAN (Ageratum conyzoides L.) ABSTRACT This Research aims to review the effects of extract alelopati reeds , a herbicide glifosat and a combination of on the growth of weed A . Conyzoides . This study was conducted in the garden experiment the Faculty Agriculture Syiah Kuala University Banda Aceh in November 2013 until July 2014 . Every unit treatment consisting of 2 plastic vessel and there were 56 units experiment .The data collected from analysis by test F and followed by test DNMRT ( Duncan New Multiple Range Test ) . Observation covering higher plants , the percentage of weed control and the closure of a weed .Of the result of this research seen that a mixture of extract reeds and herbicides glifosat on a dose of 18 L ha-1 + 4,13 L ha-1 to exert an influence which is equivalent to the issue of a dose of herbicide glifosat 8,26 L ha-1 and 4,13 L ha-1 against higher plants , the percentage of weed control and the closure of a weed . ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ekstrak alelopati alang-alang, herbisida glifosat dan kombinasi terhadap pertumbuhan gulma A. conyzoides. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh pada November 2013 sampai Juli 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola non faktorial dengan 7 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Setiap unit perlakuan terdiri dari 2 wadah plastik sehingga terdapat 56 unit satuan percobaan. Data yang diperoleh dari analisis dengan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DNMRT (Duncan New Multiple Range Test). Pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, persentase pengendalian gulma dan penutupan gulma. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa campuran ekstrak alang-alang dan herbisida glifosat pada dosis 18 L ha-1 +4,13 L ha-1 memberikan pengaruh yang setara dengan pemberian dosis herbisida glifosat 8,26 L ha-1 dan 4,13 L ha-1 terhadap tinggi tanaman, persentase pengendalian gulma dan penutupan gulma. 0 ELECTRONIC THESES AND DISSERTATION Universitas Syiah Kuala 17167 2015-10-19 17:42:26 2015-10-20 09:27:32 machine generated
