Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pengaruh Pelatihan Teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) Terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Aceh Dengan Kinerja Personil Variabel Mediasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh personil Satuan Brimob di Polda Aceh. Jumlah Populasi yaitu 1.088 personil. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 360 personil. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Teknologi Virtual Reality berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Personil pada Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kualitas Simulasi Teknologi Virtual Reality berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Personil pada Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Durasi Pelatihan Teknologi Virtual Reality berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Personil pada Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Penggunaan Teknologi Virtual Reality berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kualitas Simulasi Teknologi Virtual Reality berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Durasi Pelatihan Teknologi Virtual Reality tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kinerja Personil berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kinerja Personil memediasi pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Virtual Reality terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kinerja Personil memediasi pengaruh Kualitas Simulasi Teknologi Virtual Reality terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, Kinerja Personil memediasi pengaruh Durasi Pelatihan Teknologi Virtual Reality terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh, dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Memoderasi pengaruh Kinerja Personil terhadap Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Aceh

This study aims to test the effect of Virtual Reality (VR) Technology Training on the Performance of the Aceh Brimob Unit with Personnel Performance as a Mediating Variable. The population in this study were all personnel of the Brimob Unit at the Aceh Police. The population is 1,088 personnel. The sample in this study was 360 personnel. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.
