Karakteristik radiologi umumnya menunjukkan
hematoma imatur (62,9%), volume

Background: Intracerebral haemorrhagic stroke is a cause of high mortality and disability rates. Several factors can be observed on NCCT, such as maturity, volume, and location of the haematoma and affect the outcome of therapy. Objective: To describe the impact of maturity, volume, and location of haematoma on the mortality of patients with acute intracerebral haemorrhagic stroke within 10 days of treatment at RSUDZA Methods: A retrospective observational analysis was conducted from January to December 2024 with a sample size of 62 people. Maturity was determined by Haematoma Maturity Score, volume was calculated using the Broderick formula, and location was divided into supratentorial and infratentorial. All data were collected from medical records and was done analyzed with SPSS Ver22. Results: The results described that the majority of samples were female (54.8%), aged >45 years (79.0%), with SBP on admission >140 mmHg (88.7%). Radiological characteristics generally showed immature haematoma (62.9%), volume
