Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran guru ekonomi terhadap pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa kelas XI IPA dan IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya. Profil Pelajar Pancasila merupakan karakter yang harus dimiliki siswa berdasarkan enam dimensi utama: beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME serta berakhlak mulia, berkebinekaan global, mandiri, bergotong royong, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA dan IPS berjumlah 110 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 52 siswa ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error 10% dan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov, uji homogenitas Levene Test, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach alpha 0,899 untuk variabel peran guru ekonomi dan 0,896 untuk variabel Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Data berdistribusi normal (signifikansi 0,664 > 0,05) dan homogen (signifikansi 0,318 > 0,05). Persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 34.161 + 0.542X menunjukkan setiap peningkatan peran guru ekonomi sebesar 1% akan meningkatkan skor Profil Pelajar Pancasila sebesar 0,542 poin. Nilai R-squared sebesar 0,374 menunjukkan bahwa 37,4% pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dipengaruhi oleh peran guru ekonomi. Uji hipotesis dengan thitung (5,463) > ttabel (1,675) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 membuktikan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru ekonomi sebagai fasilitator, pendidik, motivator, dan teladan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa kelas XI IPA dan IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of economics teachers on the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile in grade XI science and social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya. The Pancasila Student Profile is a character that students must have based on six main dimensions: faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, independence, cooperation, critical thinking, and creativity. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, with a population of 110 students in grades XI IPA and IPS. The research sample of 52 students was determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% and the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, Levene Test homogeneity test, simple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the research instruments were valid and reliable with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.899 for the variable of the role of economics teachers and 0.896 for the variable of the Pancasila Student Profile. The data were normally distributed (significance 0.664 > 0.05) and homogeneous (significance 0.318 > 0.05). The simple linear regression equation Y = 34.161 + 0.542X shows that every 1% increase in the role of economics teachers will increase the Pancasila Student Profile score by 0.542 points. The R-squared value of 0.374 indicates that 37.4% of the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile is influenced by the role of economics teachers. Hypothesis testing with t-count (5.463) > t-table (1.675) and significance 0.000 < 0.05 proves that there is a positive and significant effect. The conclusion of the study shows that the role of economics teachers as facilitators, educators, motivators, and role models has a positive and significant influence on the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile in grade XI science and social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya.
