Anemia in pregnant women remains a common public health problem in Indonesia. One of the main preventive measures is the supplementation of iron and folic acid, which contains iron and folic acid. Compliance in consuming iron and folic acid significantly affects the hemoglobin (Hb) level of pregnant women. This study aimed to determine the relationship between iron and folic acid supplementation and hemoglobin levels among pregnant women at Syiah Kuala District Health Centers, specifically at Kopelma Darussalam and Jeulingke. This research employed an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 40 pregnant women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected using purposive sampling. Data were obtained from maternal health records (KIA book) and hemoglobin examinations before and after iron and folic acid consumption. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed that most respondents (75%) routinely consumed supplementation of iron and folic acid, and 77.5% had normal hemoglobin levels (≥11 g/dL). Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between iron and folic acid consumption and hemoglobin levels (p < 0.001). Pregnant women who regularly consumed supplementation of iron and folic acid had higher hemoglobin levels compared to those who were not compliant. In conclusion, there is a significant association between iron and folic acid supplementation and hemoglobin levels among pregnant women at Syiah Kuala District Health Centers. Regular supplementation of iron and folic acid consumption plays an essential role in preventing anemia during pregnancy. Keywords : Iron-Folic Acid Supplement, Hemoglobin, Pregnant Women, Anemia
