ABSTRAK
Perancangan pabrik sabun padat kosmetik ini menggunakan bahan baku Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil (HPKO )yang diperoleh dari PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III PKS Sei Mangkei. Kapasitas produksi pabrik sabun kosmetik batang ini sebesar 100.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 95 orang. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Desa Sei Mangkei, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, dengan luas tanah 25.000 m2. Sumber air pabrik sabun kosmetik batang ini berasal dari Sungai Batang Toru, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Kebutuhan air untuk pabrik ini sebesar 3.883.432,13 kg/hari dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dan Generator dengan daya 1.159,94 kW.
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp279.545.008.271,29
2. Working Capital Investment = Rp 69.886.252.068
3. Total Capital Investment = Rp 349.431.260.339
4. Total Biaya Produksi = Rp 24.313.835,210
5. Revenue = Rp161.075.121.254
6. Laba bersih = Rp 46.533.828.808,91
7. ROR = 17,76 %
8. Pay Out Time (POT) = 5,03 tahun
9. Break Event Point (BEP) = 45,89 %
Berdasarkan studi kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik sabun padat kosmetik ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap konstruksi
ABSTRACT The preliminary design of this cosmetic bar soap plant uses Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil (HPKO) as the raw material, which is obtained from PT Perkebunan Nusantara III, PKS Sei Mangkei. The production capacity of this cosmetic bar soap plant is 100,000 tons per year, with 330 working days per year. The planned company structure is a Limited Liability Company (PT) that adopts the line and staff organizational structure. The total workforce required to operate this plant is 95 employees. The plant is planned to be located in Sei Mangkei Village, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province, with a total land area of 25,000 m². The water source for this cosmetic bar soap plant will come from the Batang Toru River, North Sumatra Province. The total water requirement for the plant is 3,883,432.13 kg per day, and the electricity needs will be supplied by the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a power capacity of 1,159.94 kW. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp 279.545.008.271,29 2. Working Capital Investment = Rp 69.886.252.068 3. Total Capital Investment = Rp 349.431.260.339 4. Total Production Cost = Rp 24.313.835,210 5. Revenue = Rp 161.075.121.254 6. Net Profit = Rp 46.533.828.808,91 7. ROR = 17,76 % 8. Pay Out Time (POT) = 5,03 years 9. Break Even Point (BEP) = 45,89 % Based on the above technical and economic feasibility study, it can be concluded that the preliminary design of this cosmetic bar soap plant is feasible to proceed to the construction stage.
