Partai Aceh selama ini didominasi oleh laki laki dari satu periode ke periode berikutnya, uniknya partai ini memiliki sayap perempuan yang resmi, yaitu Putroe Aceh. Fakta ini menimbulkan isu mendalam terkait partai lokal yang sedang naik daun, dengan ruang internal bagi perempuan, justru memiliki representasi perempuan yang sangat minim di DPRA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui kendala dan upaya putroe Aceh dalam meningkatkan keterpilihan perempuan pada legislatif. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, mencari dan menganalisis data melaui hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori John F. Kennedy Affirmative Action. Adapun hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan adalah Putroe Aceh belum berperan dalam meningkatkan representrasi politik perempua di DPRA, Putroe Aceh meski sudah terbentuk belum berperan secara substansial dalam membangun kesadaran politik perempuan, Pada faktanya partai politik hanya menjadikan sayap partai perempuan sebagai pelengkap dan simbolisasi politik. Padahal, seharusnya sayap khusus ini dimanfaatkan sebagai platform strategis untuk memperluas representasi perempuan di legislatif lewat edukasi, kaderisasi, dan dukungan nyata selama proses pencalonan serta kampanye. Untuk mengubahnya, diperlukan kolaborasi antara individu partai dan putroeaceh, kemudian adanya wewenang bagi putroe aceh dalam ikut serta pengambilan keputusan partai , institusi adat, dan aktivis perempuan yang terus menekan agar syarat keadilan gender bukan sekadar wacana, tetapi diwujudkan dalam susunan politik Aceh.

The Aceh Party has been dominated by men from one period to the next, uniquely this party has an official women's wing, namely Putroe Aceh. This fact raises a deep issue regarding the rising local party, with internal space for women, actually has very minimal female representation in the DPRA. The purpose of this study is to determine the obstacles and efforts of Putroe Aceh in increasing women's electability in the legislature. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type, seeking and analyzing data through interviews, observations and documents. This study uses John F. Kennedy's theory of Affirmative Action. The results of the study obtained are that Putroe Aceh has not played a role in increasing women's political representation in the DPRA, Putroe Aceh, although it has been formed, has not played a substantial role in building women's political awareness, In fact, political parties only use the women's wing as a complement and political symbol. In fact, this special wing should be used as a strategic platform to expand women's representation in the legislature through education, cadre development, and real support during the nomination and campaign process. To change this, collaboration between individual parties and Acehnese people is needed, then there is authority for Acehnese people to participate in party decision-making, traditional institutions, and women activists who continue to press for gender justice requirements to not just be discourse, but to be realized in Aceh's political structure.
