Dr. Fifi Yusmita, S.E., M.Si ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, company dynamics, and digital transformation simultaneously and partially on company value. This research method is causality research. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. This research sample is based on certain criteria, namely mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2022 period with a total of 184 observations. The type of data source is secondary data. The data analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that profitability, company dynamics, and digital transformation simultaneously influence company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability affects company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Company dynamics has a positive effect on company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Digital transformation has no effect and negatively affects company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
