Abstrak. Penggunaan herbisida untuk mengendalikan gulma merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memperkecil kehilangan hasil tanaman kedelai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh campuran herbisida metribuzin dan oksifluorfen terhadap hasil pada tanaman kedelai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lamteube Mon Ara, Kecamatan Montasik, Aceh Besar dan Laboratorium Pengelolaan Gulma, Departemen Agroteknologi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Februari sampai dengan Mei 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola non faktorial yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti adalah campuran herbisida metribuzin dan oksifluorfen dengan perlakuan, yaitu: gulma disiangi terus-menerus, metribuzin 1,5 kg b.a ha-1, oksifluorfen 1,5 kg b.a ha-1, metribuzin 1 kg b.a ha-1 + oksifluorfen 1 kg b.a ha-1, metribuzin 0,75 kg b.a ha-1 + oksifluorfen 0,75 kg b.a ha-1 dan metribuzin 0,5 kg b.a ha-1 + oksifluorfen 0,5 kg b.a ha-1. Peubah yang diamati meliputi indeks persentase keracunan tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 butir dan hasil biji kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi herbisida metribuzin 1,5 kg b.a ha-1 dan oksifluorfen 1,5 kg b.a ha-1 mampu meningkatkan jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 butir dan hasil biji kering.

Abstract. The use of herbicides to control weeds is one effort to minimize yield losses in soybean crops. This study aims to determine the effect of a mixture of metribuzin and oxyfluorfen herbicides on soybean yields. This study was conducted in Lamteube Mon Ara Village, Montasik District, Aceh Besar and the Weed Management Laboratory, Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. This research was conducted from February to May 2025. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) pattern consisting of 6 treatments and 3 replications. The factors studied were a mixture of metribuzin and oxyfluorfen herbicides with the following treatments: continuous weeding, metribuzin 1.5 kg b.a ha-1, oxyfluorfen 1.5 kg b.a ha-1, metribuzin 1 kg b.a ha-1 + oxyfluorfen 1 kg b.a ha-1, metribuzin 0.75 kg b.a ha-1 + oxyfluorfen 0.75 kg b.a ha-1 and metribuzin 0.5 kg b.a ha-1 + oxyfluorfen 0.5 kg b.a ha-1. The variables observed included the percentage index of plant toxicity, the number of pods per plant, the number of seeds per plant, the weight of seeds per plant, the weight of 100 grains and the dry seed yield. The results of the study showed that the application of metribuzin herbicide 1.5 kg b.a ha-1 and oxyfluorfen 1.5 kg b.a ha-1 was able to increase the number of pods per plant, the number of seeds per plant, the weight of seeds per plant, the weight of 100 grains and the dry seed yield.
