Peranan UMKM di Aceh sama pentingnya dengan peranan pihak swasta dalam menopang perekonomian Aceh, hal ini dikarenakan keberadaan UMKM di Aceh telah berkontribusi dalam mendorong perekonomian Aceh dengan meningkatnya taraf hidup Masyarakat. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha, kualitas produk dan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) baik secara terpisah maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Provinsi Aceh. Populasi penelitian meliputi pelaku UMKM pada 23 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Aceh sebanyak 74.810 UMKM. Pemilihan sampel berdasarkan Probability Random Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Berdasarkan Rumus Slovin diperoleh sebanyak 357 (0,47%) pelaku UMKM mengisi kuesioner sebagai data penelitian yang disebarkan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui media sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Provinsi Aceh. Sedangkan kompetensi SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Provinsi Aceh. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya pemahaman dan penggunaan modal yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM juga dibutuhkan inovasi produk agar lebih berkualitas dengan menggunakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten.

The role of MSMEs in Aceh is as important as the role of the private sector in supporting the Acehnese economy, this is because the existence of MSMEs in Aceh has contributed to driving the Acehnese economy by increasing the standard of living of the community. This study is important to determine and analyze the influence of business capital, product quality and Human Resources (HR) competence both separately and together on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Aceh Province. The study population included MSME actors in 23 Regencies/Cities in Aceh Province totalling 74,810 MSMEs. Sample selection was based on Probability Random Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling technique. Based on the Slovin Formula, 357 (0.47%) MSME actors filled out the questionnaire as research data which was distributed both directly and indirectly through social media. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of the study showed that business capital and product quality influenced the performance of MSMEs in Aceh Province. While HR competence did not affect the performance of MSMEs in Aceh Province. The implications of the results of this study provide contributions for MSME actors regarding the importance of understanding and effective use of capital to achieve business goals. In addition, to improve MSME performance, product innovation is also needed to be of higher quality by using competent human resources. Keywords: Capital, Quality, Competence, Performance, MSMEs.
