At the end of the 19th and early 20th century, home-cooked chicken farms became the forerunner of poultry for business purposes, because the market demand continues to increase. Increasingly many kinds of processed broiler products available in the market, then consumers will be more free in choosing products that will be consumed. The purpose of this study was to determine factors - factors that have a significant relationship to the amount of consumption of processed products broiler in Banda Aceh. The research method is to collect primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the method of Chi-Square Test. Based on the analysis that the factors - factors that have a significant relationship to the amount of consumption of processed products broiler is the age factor, factor income, tastes factors and health factors. For employers broiler products to continuously improve the quality of service to consumers, especially in terms of taste, and develop creativity.&#13;

Pada akhir dari ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20, peternakan ayam rumahan menjadi cikal bakal peternakan ayam untuk tujuan bisnis, karena permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat. Semakin banyaknya ragam produk olahan ayam ras pedaging yang tersedia di pasaran, maka konsumen akan semakin bebas dalam memilih produk yang akan dikonsumsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor – faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap jumlah konsumsi produk olahan ayam ras pedaging di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian adalah dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Uji Chi- Square. Berdasakan hasil analisis bahwa faktor - faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap jumlah konsumsi produk olahan ayam ras pedaging adalah faktor usia, faktor pendapatan, faktor selera dan faktor kesehatan. Bagi pengusaha produk ayam ras pedaging untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap konsumen terutama dari segi cita rasa, dan mengembangkan kreatifitas.&#13;
