PERILAKU WIRAUSAHA PEREMPUAN PENGOLAH IKAN DI DESA MEUNASAH KEUDEE KECAMATAN MESJID RAYA KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

ABSTRAK
Salah satu bidang usaha yang ditekuni masyarakat Desa Meunasah Keudee selain menjadi nelayan adalah pengolah ikan teri dan ikan asin. Rata- rata pemilik jambo pengolahan ikan adalah ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki jiwa wirausaha. Peneltian ini dilakukan di daerah Kecamatan Mesjid Raya Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku wirausaha perempuan pengolah ikan di Desa Meunasah Keudee dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku wirausaha yang dimiliki perempuan pengolah ikan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan Chi-Square (Chi Kuadrat). Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa perilaku wirausaha perempuan pengolah ikan sebagian besar pengusaha kurang mengerti terhadap pengetahuan mengenai usaha yang akan dimasuki/dirintis dan lingkungan usaha yang ada. Sebagian besar pengusaha memiliki sikap jujur terhadap sikap yang harus dimiliki seorang pengusaha. Sebagian besar pengusaha mampu terhadap ketrampilan manusiawi terhadap ketrampilan yang harus dimiliki seorang pengusaha. Berdasarkan hasil Chi-Square percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, kepemimpinan, berorientasi ke depan dan lingkungan berhubungan nyata terhadap faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku wirausaha. Sedangkan keberanian mengambil resiko dan keorisinilan tidak berhubungan nyata.

THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE FISH-PROCESSING ENTREPRENEURS IN DESA MEUNASAH KEUDEE KECAMATAN MESJID RAYA RAYA KABUPATN ACEH BESAR

ABSTRACT


One of the businesses that engaged the community of Meunasah Keudee besides being a fisherman is processing anchovies and salted fish. Most of the owners of the fish processing industry are housewives who have entrepreneurial passions. This research is done in the area of Kecamatan Mesjid Raya, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. This research aims to determine the behavior of women entrepreneurs in the fish-processing in Meunasah Keudee and to determine the factors which influence the behavior of women entrepreneurs owned fish-processing. The analytical method used is descriptive and Chi-Square (Chi Square). Based on descriptive analysis, it showed that the behavior of most of the fish-processing women are lack of knowledge of the business that will be entered / initiated and existing business environment. Most employers have honest attitudes towards the attitude that must be owned by a businessman. Most of the entrepreneurs have the skills of a businessman. Based on the results of Chi-Square, the confident, task-oriented and results, leadership, future oriented and environment are related to the factors that influence the behavior of entrepreneurs, while the courage to take risks and originality are not.
