 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Fitoplankton dan zooplankton merupakan pakan alami bagi biota laut &#13;
termasuk ikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas &#13;
plankton di  muara Sungai Batee Iliek dan muara Sungai Peudada. Penelitian &#13;
dilakukan pada bulan April 2015. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode &#13;
purposive sampling pada 2 stasiun dengan 3 substasiun pada tiap stasiunnya. &#13;
Parameter yang diukur adalah: suhu air, salinitas, kecerahan, pH, dan oksigen &#13;
terlarut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa plankton yang ditemukan pada stasiun &#13;
1 terdiri atas 5 kelas meliputi: Bacillariophycea (6 spesies), Dinophyceae (4 spesies), &#13;
Coscinodiscophyceaea (1 spesies),  Litostomatea (1 spesies), dan  Crustacea (5 &#13;
spesies). Plankton yang ditemukan pada stasiun 2 terdiri atas 5 kelas juga yaitu &#13;
meliputi:  Bacillariophycea (6 spesies),  Dinophyceae (5 spesies), Chrysophyceaea (1 &#13;
spesies),  Litostomatea (1 spesies), dan  Crustacea (3 jenis).  Kelimpahan plankton &#13;
tertinggi yaitu  90193  ind/l. Indeks Keanekaragaman (H’) berkisar antara  1,60–2,24, &#13;
Indeks Keseragaman (E) berkisar antara  0,73-0,83, Indeks Dominansi (D) berkisar &#13;
antara 0,15-0,27, dan Indeks Similaritas  84,2%. Suhu air, pH, dan  salini tas berkisar &#13;
antara (28,0-30,2 ), (8,2-8,4) dan (6-15 .)&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Phytoplankton and zooplankton are natural feed for aquatic ecosystems &#13;
including fish. The aim of this study was to determine the structure of plankton &#13;
community at estuary waters Batee Iliek river and peudada river. The study was &#13;
conducted in April 2015 by using purposive sampling method, which was  carried &#13;
out by two stations, where there were 3 substations in each station. Parameters &#13;
measured were water temperature, salinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen. The results &#13;
showed that the plankton found in station 1 consist of 5 classes included: &#13;
Bacillariophycea (6 species), Dinophyceae (4 species), Coscinodiscophyceaea (1 &#13;
species), Litostomatea (1 species) and crustaceans (5 species). Plankton are found &#13;
at station 2 also consist of 5 classes which included: Bacillariophycea (6 species), &#13;
Dinophyceae (5 species), Chrysophyceaea (1 species), Litostomatea (1 species) and &#13;
crustaceans (3 types). The highest abundance of plankton that was 90.193 ind/l. &#13;
Diversity Index (H ') ranged from 1,60-2,24, Evenness index (E) ranges between &#13;
0,73-0,83, and dominance index (D)  ranged from 0,15 to 0,27, and the similarity &#13;
index was 84,2%. The water temperature, pH, salinity were ranged from between &#13;
(28,0-30,2 ?), (8,2-8,4), and (6-15  ). &#13;
