ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI KOPI ARABIKA PADA BERBAGAI KETINGGIAN TEMPAT DI KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH Fuadi / Agribisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala ABSTRAK Kopi merupakan salah satu hasil komoditi perkebunan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi di antara tanaman perkebunan lainnya dan berperan penting sebagai sumber devisa negara. Aceh Tengah merupakan sentra produksi kopi arabika terbesar di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi kopi arabika serta efisiensi teknis dan ekonomi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi kopi arabika. Adapun Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah fungsi cobb douglass yang telah di transformasikan dalam bentuk logaritma. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada ketinggian 1000-1200 hanya faktor produksi pemumukan yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi kemudian pada ketinggian 1201-1400 dan 1401-1600 hanya faktor produksi luas lahan yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi. Hasil uji efisiensi menunjukan bahwa penggunaan input tenaga kerja, pupuk dan luas lahan belum efisien sehingga perlu penambahan jumlah agar dapat meningakatkan jumlah produksi. Aceh Tengah is the largest arabica coffee production center in Aceh Province. The aim of this study is to know the Factors that affect arabica coffee production also tehcnical efficiency and the economic use of arabica coffee production factors. The analysis method that are used is cobb-douglass function that has been transformed to logaritme. the result of this study shows in 1000-1200 meters elevation only fertilizaton has the significant effect toward production then 1201-1400 m and 1401-1600 m elevation only land area has the efficiency test result shows the use of labor input, fertilizer and land area are not efficient yet so that need the increasing number in order to raise the amount of production.
