ABSTRAK
Pengelolaan sampah menjadi salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang umum saat ini, terutama di wilayah perkotaan seperti Kota Banda Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya volume sampah setiap tahunnya, diperlukan inovasi dalam sistem pengelolaan sampah agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi dan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap program jemput antar sampah menggunakan aplikasi e-tikbroh.yak. Aplikasi ini dirancang sebagai solusi berbasis digital yang memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam memilah dan mengelola sampah dengan lebih mudah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang mengambarkan apa sebenarnya faktor masyarakat berpersepsi sebelum mengggunakan suatu inovasi dan mengambil tindakan penerimaan terhadap suatu inovasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Difusi Inovasi oleh Rogers (1983) yang berfokus kepada faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi atau sebuah inovasi baru, termasuk kemudahan penggunaan, keuntungan relatif, dan kompatibilitas dengan kebiasaan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 4 dari 6 atau sebagian besar informan memiliki persepsi positif terhadap aplikasi e-tikbroh.yak. Informan menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini memberikan manfaat dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga dengan lebih sistematis dan ekonomis melalui sistem poin dan kemudahan akses layanan jemput sampah. Namun, beberapa kendala ditemukan, seperti kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat luas dan keterbatasan fitur aplikasi. Selanjutnya pada tahap penerimaan masyarakat menyatakan bahwa mereka mendukung keberlanjutan program ini. Penerimaan ini didorong oleh manfaat yang dirasakan setelah menggunakan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pengembang aplikasi meningkatkan strategi promosi serta memperbaiki sistem operasionalnya agar lebih efisien dan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna.

ABSTRACT Waste management is one of the common environmental problems today, especially in urban areas such as Banda Aceh City. With the increasing volume of waste every year, innovation is needed in the waste management system to be more effective and efficient. This study aims to analyze public perception and acceptance of the waste pick-up and drop-off program using the e-tikbroh.yak application. This application is designed as a digital-based solution that facilitates the community in sorting and managing waste more easily. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method that describes what factors actually influence society's perception before using an innovation and taking action to accept an innovation. The theory used in this study is the Diffusion of Innovation Theory by Rogers (1983) which focuses on factors that influence the adoption of technology or a new innovation, including ease of use, relative advantage, and compatibility with community habits. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 4 out of 6 or most respondents had a positive perception of the e-tikbroh.yak application. Respondents stated that this application provides benefits in managing household waste more systematically and economically through a point system and easy access to waste pick-up services. However, several obstacles were found, such as the lack of socialization to the wider community and the limitations of the application features. Furthermore, at the stage of acceptance, the community stated that they supported the sustainability of this program. This acceptance was driven by the benefits felt after using the application. Therefore, it is recommended that application developers improve their promotional strategies and improve their operational systems to be more efficient and reach more users.
