ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Performance Appraisal Justice dan Job Resources terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement pada karyawan Matahari Department Store Plaza Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 124 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Metode Hierarchical Linear Modelling dengan menggunakan software Statiscal Package for Social Scienced (SPSS). Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan Performance Appraisal Justice dan Job Resources berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Performance pada Karyawan Matahari Department Store Plaza Aceh. Sedangkan Work Engagement memediasi pengaruh Performance Appraisal Justice dan Job Resources terhadap Job Performance.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the Influence of Performance Appraisal Justice and Job Resources on Job Performance mediated by Work Engagement on employees of Matahari Department Store Plaza Aceh. The sample used was 124 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Hierarchical Linear Modelling Method using Statiscal Package for Social Scienced (SPSS). The results of this analysis indicate that Performance Appraisal Justice and Job Resources have a significant effect on Job Performance of Matahari Departmen Store Plaza Aceh Employees. Meanwhile, Work Engagement mediates the effect of Performance Appraisal Justice and Job Resources on Job Performance.
