Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendaftaran
Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) berbasis website untuk Dinas Sosial Kota Banda
Aceh. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk menggantikan proses manual yang masih
digunakan dalam pengelolaan data penerima PKH, guna meningkatkan efisiensi,
akurasi, dan transparansi dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial. Dalam proses
pengembangan digunakan framework Laravel dan Tailwind untuk membangun
antarmuka yang responsif dan mudah digunakan. Metodologi pengembangan sistem
yang diterapkan adalah model Waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan,
perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan
metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sistem, serta System
Usability Scale (SUS) untuk menilai aspek kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil pengujian
menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu petugas dalam proses verifikasi dan
pengambilan keputusan, serta memberikan akses informasi yang lebih mudah bagi
masyarakat. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pendataan dan distribusi
bantuan PKH menjadi lebih cepat, tepat sasaran, dan akuntabel.
This study aims to design and build a website-based Family Hope Program (PKH) registration system for the Banda Aceh City Social Service. This system was developed to replace the manual process that is still used in managing PKH recipient data, in order to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the distribution of social assistance. In the development process, the Laravel and Tailwind frameworks are used to build a responsive and easy-to-use interface. The system development methodology applied is the Waterfall model, with the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System evaluation is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure system functionality, as well as the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess aspects of ease of use. The test results show that the system can help officers in the verification and decision-making process, and provide easier access to information for the community. With this system, it is expected that the process of data collection and distribution of PKH assistance will be faster, more targeted, and accountable.
