Manajemen komunikasi adalah proses yang penting untuk memastikan kesuksesan proyek. Manajemen komunikasi proyek melibatkan pengumpulan, distribusi, penyaluran, pencarian keterangan, dan perpindahan informasi secara efisien, serta menggunakan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efeksifitas komunikasi proyek. Manajemen komunikasi proyek yang efektif dapat membantu memastikan bahwa informasi dalam proyek dibuat dengan tepat dan cepat, serta memastikan bahwa informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh anggota proyek yang disediakan secara efektif. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor manajemen komunikasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja proyek. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengkaji identifikasi faktor-faktor manajemen komunikasi, dan dalam penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor manajemen komunikasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja proyek dari pengaruh yang terbesar hingga terkecil (Ranking). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Kontraktor yang terdaftar pada GAPENSI Kota Banda Aceh. Perusahaan yang berkonstribusi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 responden. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptive dan metode relative importance index (RII). Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan faktor-faktor manajemen komunikasi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja proyek adalah laporan kinerja dengan nilai RII sebesar 0,955. Dengan demikian kontraktor proyek perlu memperhatikan aspek tersebut.

Mode Communication management is an important process to ensure project success. Project communication management involves the efficient collection, distribution, channeling, retrieval, and transfer of information, as well as using technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project communication. Effective project communication management can help ensure that information in the project is created appropriately and quickly, and ensure that the information needed by project members is provided effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the communication management factors that affect project performance. This research begins by examining the identification of communication management factors, and in this research is focused on getting communication management factors that affect project performance from the largest to the smallest influence (Ranking). This research was conducted at contractor companies registered with GAPENSI Banda Aceh City. Companies that contributed to this study were 25 respondents. The research method applied is quantitative research method. Data processing is done using descriptive analysis and relative importance index (RII) method. The results of this study found that the communication management factors that have the most influence on project performance are performance reports with an RII value of 0.955. Thus the project contractor needs to pay attention to this aspect.
