Pelayanan paliatif di rumah sakit menuntut adanya kolaborasi efektif antar tenaga kesehatan dari berbagai profesi untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan dan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan pelaksanaan Interprofessional Collaboration pada pelayanan paliatif di Rumah Sakit Provinsi Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif Analitik dengan desain cross-sectional study. Tempat penelitian di kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 189 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur variabel usia, profesi, tingkat pendidikan, lama bekerja, serta faktor individu, tim, dan organisasi, dengan instrumen Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS-II) dan Perception of Interprofessional Collaboration Model (PINCOM-Q). Analisa data menggunakan chi square dan regresi logistik. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh faktor usia p=0,004, profesi p=0,008, lama kerja p=0,011, faktor individu p=0,013, faktor tim p=0,010, faktor organisasi p=0,006 dan faktor tidak berpengaruh pendidikan p=0,093. Variabel yang paling berhubungan yaitu profesi p=0,001 dan Odds Ratio 9,853. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor profesi yang tinggi berpeluang 9,8 kali meningkatkan praktik kolaboratif antarprofesi di rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, efisiensi layanan, dan kepuasan pasien di layanan paliatif.

Palliative care in hospitals requires effective collaboration between health workers from various professions to improve service quality and patient quality of life. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the implementation of Interprofessional Collaboration in palliative care at the Aceh Provincial Hospital. This type of research is quantitative Analytic with cross-sectional study design. research place in Banda Aceh city. Sampling in this study used total sampling of 189 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire that measures variables of age, profession, education level, length of work, as well as individual, team, and organizational factors, with the Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS-II) and Perception of Interprofessional Collaboration Model (PINCOM-Q) instruments. Data were analyzed using chi square and logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect of age factor p=0.004, profession p=0.008, length of work p=0.011, individual factors p=0.013, team factors p=0.010, organizational factors p=0.006 and no effect of education p=0.093. The most related variable is profession p=0.001 and Odds Ratio 9.853. This finding indicates that high professional factors have a 9.8 times chance of increasing interprofessional collaborative practices in hospitals to improve service quality, service efficiency, and patient satisfaction in palliative care.
