Petanque merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga akurasi yang dimainkan dengan cara melemparkan bola besi sedekat mungkin dengan bola kayu dan menjauhkan bola sasaran atau bola lawan yang dekat dengan boka. Olahraga petanque memiliki dua teknik dasar yaitu pointing dan shooting. Faktor yang mempengaruhi lemparan seperti mengetahui sudut untuk melakukan lemparan bola menuju target, memperhitungkan sudut yang ideal dalam melakukan ayunan tangan ke belakang, dan lepasan bola ke depan juga perlu diperhatikan saat melakukan lemparan agar mendapatkan lemparan bola yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketepatan sudut lemparan shooting atlet petanque Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling atau pengambilan sampel sesuai dengan kriteria atau tujuan tertentu yaitu mengurutkan 10 besar atlet petanque Aceh sesuai dengan prestasi yang dicapai. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan aplikasi software kinovea untuk megukur sudut lemparan backswing dan release. Sudut ketepatan lemparan shooting atlet petanque Aceh diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Ketepatan shooting atlet petanque Aceh adalah 40 dengan kategori kurang, nilai persentase kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 4 orang atlet persentase sebesar 40%, dan kategori kurang dengan frekuensi 6 orang atlet persentase 60%. Sudut lemparan shooting pada setiap sesi diperoleh bahwa sudut backswing 1 atlet menggunakan sudut yang sangat tinggi yaitu antara 116-1320 dan 1 atlet menggunakan sudut yang sangat rendah yaitu antara 25-410, sedangkan 8 atlet lainnya menggunakan sudut yang umum mendekati antara 59-690. Sudut release 1 atlet menggunakan sudut yang sangat tinggi yaitu antara 150-1650 dan 1 atlet menggunakan sudut yang sangat rendah yaitu antara 112-1290, sedangkan 8 atlet lainnya menggunakan sudut yang umum mendekati antara 126-1350.

Petanque is one of the branches of accuracy sports that is played by throwing an iron ball as close as possible to a wooden ball and keeping the target ball or the opponent's ball close to the boka. Petanque has two basic techniques, namely pointing and shooting. Factors that affect throws such as knowing the angle to throw the ball towards the target, taking into account the ideal angle in making backward hand swings, and forward ball release also need to be considered when making throws in order to get the desired ball throw. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy of the shooting angle of Aceh petanque athletes. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique is carried out by means of purposive sampling or sampling according to certain criteria or goals, namely to rank the top 10 Aceh petanque athletes according to the achievements achieved. Furthermore, the data is processed with the kinovea software application to measure the angle of the throw, backswing and release. The angle of accuracy of the shooting of Aceh petanque athletes was obtained as follows: The shooting accuracy of Aceh petanque athletes is 40 with a low category, a percentage value of medium category with a frequency of 4 athletes with a percentage of 40%, and a low category with a frequency of 6 athletes with a percentage of 60%. The angle of the shooting throw in each session was obtained that the backswing angle of 1 athlete used a very high angle of between 116-1320 and 1 athlete used a very low angle of between 25-410, while the other 8 athletes used a common angle close to 59-690. The release angle of 1 athlete used a very high angle of between 150-1650 and 1 athlete used a very low angle of between 112-1290, while the other 8 athletes used a common angle close to 126-1350.
