Pertumbuhan warung kopi dan coffee shop di Kota Banda Aceh menunjukkan
perkembangan yang signifikan. Perkembangan ini memunculkan masalah, terutama
terkait dengan penataan ruang kota yang dapat berpotensi menimbulkan masalah
seperti gangguan terhadap lingkungan permukiman dan ketidakseimbangan
penggunaan lahan di kawasan kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis
kesesuaian persebaran lokasi warung kopi dan coffee shop terhadap Rencana Detail
Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021-2041. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode Nearest Neighbor Analysis untuk menganalisis pola sebaran
warung kopi dan coffee shop dan Overlay untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian lokasi
warung kopi dan coffee shop di Kecamatan Kuta Alam, Kota Banda Aceh. Data primer
dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan kuisioner. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri
dari masyarakat Kecamatan Kuta Alam yang tinggal di sekitar lokasi warung kopi dan
coffee shop yang tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Detail Tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi
Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021-2041. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola
sebaran warung kopi dan coffee shop di Kecamatan Kuta Alam cenderung
mengelompok (clustered) berdasarkan hasil Analisis Tetangga Terdekat. Selain itu,
ditemukan 65 dari 161 sebesar 40% warung kopi dan coffee shop yang tidak sesuai
dengan ketentuan zonasi dalam RDTR Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021–2041,
khususnya di kawasan permukiman. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya potensi
konflik pemanfaatan ruang serta perlunya pengawasan tata ruang yang lebih ketat.

The growth of coffee stalls and coffee shops in Banda Aceh City has shown significant development. This development raises problems, especially related to urban spatial planning which can potentially cause problems such as disruption to residential environments and imbalance in land use in urban areas. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the distribution of coffee shops to the Detailed Spatial Plan and Zoning Regulations of Banda Aceh City for 2021-2041. This study uses the Nearest Neighbor Analysis method to analyze the distribution pattern of coffee stalls and coffee shops and Overlay to evaluate the suitability of the location of coffee stalls and coffee shops in Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. Primary data were collected through field observations and questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of the people of Kuta Alam District who lived around the location of coffee stalls and coffee shops that were not in accordance with the Detailed Spatial Plan and Zoning Regulations of Banda Aceh City for 2021-2041. The results of the study show that the distribution pattern of coffee stalls and coffee shops in Kuta Alam District tends to be clustered based on the results of the Nearest Neighbor Analysis. In addition, 65 out of 161 by 40% coffee stalls and coffee shops were found to be not in accordance with the zoning provisions in the 2021–2041 Banda Aceh City RDTR, especially in residential areas. This finding indicates the potential for conflicts in the use of space and the need for stricter spatial planning supervision.
