 <note>ABSTRAK &#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotion regulation &#13;
terhadap empathic ability yang dimediasi oleh self-consistency congruence dan &#13;
emotional intelligence pada Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cot Girek. &#13;
Populasi dalam penilitian ini berjumlah 204 orang dengan sampel 135 responden. &#13;
Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah &#13;
probability sampling dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Analisis data &#13;
menggunakan Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HML) dengan  Statistical Package &#13;
For The  Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa &#13;
Emotion Regulation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Empathic Ability, serta &#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-Consistency Congruence dan Emotional &#13;
Intelligence. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil indirect effect ditemukan bahwa Self-&#13;
Consistency Congruence memediasi pengaruh Emotion Regulation terhadap &#13;
Empathic Ability. Dan Emotional Intelligence memediasi pengaruh Emotion &#13;
Regulation terhadap Empathic Ability. &#13;
