Punge merupakan salah satu gampong yang ada di Kecamatan Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh. Gampong Punge merupakan gampong perindustrian di bidang pengolahan tahu. Usaha pengolahan tahu tersebut di kenal dengan Industri Tahu Solo. Industri Tahu Solo ini menjadi salah satu sumber pendapatan utama bagi sebagian besar masyarakat setempat. Keberadaan Industri Tahu Solo inilah yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Gampong Punge untuk memperoleh pendapatan serta memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Industri Tahu Solo Terhadap Pendapatan Masyarakat Gampong Punge Blang Cut Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Industri Tahu Solo. Sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1orang pemilik usaha, 7 orang karyawan usaha, pelanggan, serta Pengelola Gampong Punge Blang Cut Jaya Baru. Pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dukumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Industri Tahu Solo memberikan dampak positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Gampong Punge. Mayoritas rumah tangga yang terlibat dalam industri ini mengalami peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan, khususnya bagi pekerja di tingkat produksi. Selain itu, aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat sekitar turut berkembang melalui usaha pendukung seperti, penjual tahu enceran, dan penjual gorengan. Keberadaan industri ini telah menciptakan lapangan kerja, mengurangi tingkat pengangguran, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Namun, penelitian ini juga mencatat adanya dampak negatif yang terjadi dari keberadaan industri tahu solo di daerah tersebut, seperti terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan masyarakat sekitar di sebabkan oleh proses pengolahan pabrik tahu tersebut.

Under the guidance of Irma Anggraini, S.Pd., M.Pd and Asmaul Husna, M.Pd. Punge is one of the villages (gampong) located in the Jaya Baru Subdistrict, Banda Aceh City. Gampong Punge is known as an industrial village in the field of tofu processing. The tofu processing business is known as the Solo Tofu Industry (Industri Tahu Solo). This industry has become one of the main sources of income for the majority of the local community. The existence of the Solo Tofu Industry has been utilized by the residents of Gampong Punge to earn income and improve their household economic conditions.This research aims to determine the impact of the Solo Tofu Industry on the income of the residents of Gampong Punge Blang Cut, Jaya Baru, Banda Aceh City. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of the research is the Solo Tofu Industry, while the subjects include one business owner, seven employees, customers, and the management of Gampong Punge Blang Cut, Jaya Baru. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the presence of the Solo Tofu Industry has had a positive impact on the income of the people in Gampong Punge. The majority of households involved in this industry have experienced a significant increase in income, particularly for workers at the production level. In addition, the local economy has grown through supporting businesses such as retail tofu sellers and fried snack vendors. The existence of this industry has created job opportunities, reduced unemployment, and improved the welfare of the local community. However, the study also notes some negative impacts resulting from the presence of the Solo Tofu Industry in the area, such as environmental pollution affecting the surrounding community caused by the tofu factory’s processing activities.
