 <note>Curriculum  Mount   Set  of  Education  expected   can  think  out   instruction   and educational  by  drawing  up  educative participant and teacher  planning,  evaluation and execution to more  effective education  system and efesen. This research aim to  for mendeskripsikan about  management of KTSP  in subject  Education of SMKN Banda  Aceh, this  research  use approach  qualitative. Technique   data  collecting observation,  documentation and interview.  Source of data headmaster, curriculum&#13;
area headmaster proxy,  learn PKN and chief of MGMP. Result  of research indicate that:  (1) Compilation of KTSP  in the  early  school year in MGMP  Education of Civic. Teacher  obliged to prepare  document  of KTSP  as reference in execution of study.  given  time  to  teacher to  prepare   document   of  KTSP  three  months,   (2) Execution of KTSP subject  of PKN cannot correctly  100 % which caused ill teacher or obstructive  attend,  so that teacher sometime shift syllabus  sequence  and of RPP. Execution of KTSP  use teaching  team.  Method  which often  used  by teacher in course of study discourse method,  question and answer,  assignation and discussion,  (3)  Complete Criterion  Minimize  subject   of  PKN  75  and  obtained  value  mean  student  in Final Exam School (UAS) in subject of PKN 70. activity  of evaluation in fact next  to nothing, but that  way  teacher sometime  not  always follow-up to result of study  evaluation, like immediately  give  enrichment to  students  requiring.  But that  way  forwards  headmaster have  prepared  program  to  special  supervision to ability of teachers of including teacher Education  of Civic in evaluate.  in this case needed creativity and innovation learn to increase motivate to learn student  can jack  up their achievement&#13;
