ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2015” ABSTRAK Kolostomi adalah tindakan operatif pembuatan lubang dari kolon ke permukaan abdomen. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat dalam melakukan perawatan kolostomi merupakan hal penting yang harus dipahami dilakukan oleh perawat dalam merawat pasien yang terpasang kolostomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan perawatan kolostomi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif, dengan desain crossectional study dengan jumlah sampel 56 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dalam bentuk multiple choice dan dichotomous. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa pengetahuan perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan perawatan kolostomi berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 30 orang (53,6%) sedangkan keterampilan perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan perawatan kolostomi berada pada kategori kurang sebanyak 34 orang (60,7%). Diharapkan perawat pelaksana dapat meningkatkan keterampilan melalui kegiatan pelatihan perawatan kolostomi dan asuhan keperawatan. This study aims to reveal the Knowledge and Skills of Nurses Implementing In Doing Colostomy Care at Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Year 2015 Type of research is descriptive exploratory, in 56 samples, with a total sampling techniques, data collection tools using a list of statements in the form of a questionnaire. The result is that the knowledge of nurses in performing a colostomy care the majority are in the good category as many as 30 people (53.6%), while the skills of nurses in the treatment of colostomy majority are at less category as much as 34 people (60.7%). Based on the expected nurses in the room JEUMPA 2, 3 and 4 can improve their skills and knowledge in providing services, especially for patients with a colostomy.
