PT Mifa Bersaudara memiliki crusher yang bertujuan untuk mereduksi ukuran material. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada satu crusher dari empat crusher yaitu FC 01. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan pengoperasian sistem seri crusher FC 01 di PT Mifa Bersaudara, memastikan apakah alat crusher FC 01 akan tersedia untuk digunakan di PT Mifa Bersaudara pada bulan Juni 2024 dan membandingkan produksi crusher FC 01 yang direncanakan dan aktual pada bulan Juni 2024 di PT Mifa Bersaudara. Pada bulan Mei 2024 PT Mifa merencanakan produksi sebesar 359.902 ton untuk crusher FC 01. Namun, hasil produksi yang didapatkan pada bulan Mei 2024 hanya sebesar 330.890 ton, tidak sesuai dengan capaian target yang diinginkan. Dilatarbelakangi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan optimalisasi rangkaian alat kerja untuk memenuhi target produksi dengan dilakukan perhitungan kapasitas unit coal crushing plant (CCP) FC 01 secara aktual dan dibandingkan dengan kapasitas teoritis pada unit Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) FC 01. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kapasitas produksi alat penghancur primer berdampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan dan hambatan yang dihadapi di unit Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) di PT Mifa Bersaudara. Akumulasi produksi dari crusher FC 01 pada bulan Juni 2024 sebesar 167.502 ton/30 hari atau 94% dari target produksi sebesar 178.570 ton/30 hari (day shift). Performa pada crusher selama bulan Juni 2024 dikategorikan cukup baik dilihat dari nilai efisiensi kerja yaitu 81% mechanical availability (MA), 76% physical availability (PA), 80% use of availability (UA), dan 67% effective utilization (EU). Walaupun kinerja alat dikategorikan normal (cukup baik) akan tetapi tetap tidak bisa mencapai target produksi pada bulan Juni 2024. Untuk mencapai target produksi, sebaiknya perawatan dan pengawasan terhadap rangkaian unit crushing plant ditingkatkan sehingga kinerja alat meningkat dari cukup baik menjadi baik, terutama pada bagian Feeder Breaker dan Vibrating Screen yang banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk perbaikan.

PT Mifa Bersaudara has a crusher aimed at reducing material size. This study focuses on one crusher out of four, which is FC 01. The study aims to ensure the operation of the FC 01 crusher system in series at PT Mifa Bersaudara, determine whether the FC 01 crusher will be available for use at PT Mifa Bersaudara in June 2024, and compare the planned and actual production of the FC 01 crusher in June 2024 at PT Mifa Bersaudara. In May 2024, PT Mifa plans to produce 359,902 tons for the FC 01 crusher. However, the production result obtained in May 2024 was only 330,890 tons, which did not meet the desired target achievement. In light of this issue, it is necessary to optimize the working tool series to meet the production target by calculating the actual capacity of the coal crushing plant (CCP) FC 01 and comparing it with the theoretical capacity at the Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) FC 01. Research findings indicate that the production capacity of primary crushing equipment has a significant impact on the capabilities and challenges faced at the Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) at PT Mifa Bersaudara. The cumulative production from crusher FC 01 in June 2024 was 167,502 tons over 30 days, or 94% of the production target of 178,570 tons over 30 days (day shift). The performance of the crusher during June 2024 is categorized as quite good, as seen from the efficiency values: 81% mechanical availability (MA), 76% physical availability (PA), 80% use of availability (UA), and 67% effective utilization (EU). Although the equipment's performance is categorized as normal (quite good), it still failed to meet the production target in June 2024. To achieve the production target, it is advisable to enhance maintenance and supervision of the crushing plant unit series so that equipment performance improves from quite good to good, especially on the Feeder Breaker and Vibrating Screen sections that consume a lot of time for repairs.
