The process of conducting the education needs management for education funding. With funding Limit, the people conducting the education should be able to manage the available funding effectively, efficiently, transparently and accountably, Therefore, this research is focused on how is the management of education funding at kindergarten Pembina in Sabang. The objective of this research is find our the soure, planning, using, supervision and accountability of
education funding at kindergarten Pembina in Sabang. The approach used in this research was qualitative approach. The data was collected by using observation, interview and documentation study. The subjects of this research were school principal, treasurer, ad school committee head. The research results show that the funding for education at kindergarten Pembina comes from pupils' parents and no contribution from the community. The education planning in term of RAPBTK (Kindergarten Budget Plan) is conducted in the beginning of each academic year. It is conducted by the principal without involving teachers, staff and school committee. The funding for education is used to finance regular expenditure including paying salary, school operational cost, school development, and the other supporting costs. The supervision is conducted regularly by the Education Department in Langsa. As the accountability for the receiving and using of the funding support, the funding support provided by the government is given/reported by the school principal to the Education Department and the one given by the pupils' parents is reported by the treasurer to the principal.
