ABSTRAC
This study aims to analyze and determine the efleet of development expenditure and labor force on economic growth in province of Ach in the period I84 to 20IH Hypotheses were tested and analyzed using the method Regresion Multiple Linear Model with Ordinary Least Square (OL.S). Aspects that analyzed are include both development expenditure variables sourced from APBN budget or from the A9HD budget and Labor Force s an independent variable, then the variable nor-oil GDP dependent variable. Estimation results indicate that Government expenditures spee ifie development expenditure and the number of labor fore in simultaneous that can afleet economic growth, but te partial development expenditure variables sourced fron APBD budget more dominant and significant increase in Non-Oil GDP A&eh followed by number of labor force while the development expenditure comes fro AP'BN budget is positive but not significant effect. ht is expected that financial polis makers in province Ach needs to increase development expenditure sourced froe APBD budget because it proved to be more dominant in stimulating growth in economics in the province of Aeeh in addition to preparing a more skilled workforce so that they can be absorbed and contribute more to the economy of Aeeh Keywords Economic Growth, Development Expenditure.
